Windows系統下的NIC teaming技術與Linux系統下的NIC bonding技術類似，兩者都是將多個網卡在邏輯上綁定為一個虛擬網卡，並在外部顯示同一個MAC地址。

所以可利用Windows Server 2012 R2 內建NIC Team 功能加上主機安裝多片網卡後，組成一個邏輯網路卡這樣可以增加頻寬及容錯效果，當然還必須搭配交換器才可以達成。
